We start delivering anywhere from ((6am-12:30pm Summer time)) ((Winter times are 8am-1230pm)) we provide a ETA via text message the day of your event.15-30 minutes for easy drop off, if your event starts early or need specific drop off times let us know ahead please note specific drop off times are subject to an additional $35 fee don't want or need to pay the extra?! no problem we guarantee delivery anywhere between 6am-1230pm our last stop is by 1230pm.

We start pick up the next morning starting 7am and on depending on everyone's locations we start picking up one by one. same as drop off we let you know before our arrival via text 15-30mins.

Absolutely! We make sure to clean, disinfect, and shine it all just for that special moment. Sure it takes little longer but we take great pride in what we do.

Yes we require a 20% deposit we do not reserve any rentals unless a deposit is made. Without a deposit we can not guarantee the rental you want will be available.

There’s only a few things we ask our clients do to which are the following. Turn off your sprinklers. Have an electric outlet (110 v) within 100 feet of the inflatable. Since some of our units are too big, be sure to have a clear entry with enough space. Have a clean and flat surface and make sure there’s no obstacles in the inflatable’s way such as (electric cables, tree branches, animal feces any clutter ). If these expectations are not met by arrival time and we have to return there will be a $40 return fee. please be considerate of all other customers delivery times. we only wait maximum of 10 minutes.

Bounce houses can hold approximately 6-10 children at a time under 100 pounds. Limits are to be followed for the children’s safety

Absolutely no pinatas near units, no confetti, no shoes, no food, no drinks, no gum, no cigarettes, no silly string, no sharp objects, no rough play, no flips, no hanging from the nets, no jewelry, no cell phones.

There will be no charge if the equipment is damaged due to a defect in the unit. We check all equipment before it goes out to our clients. This way, you are always guaranteed a unit that is safe, clean and in a good working order. If the unit is damaged due to negligence, lessee shall pay lessor the full fair market value of the unit stated on our waiver.

We ask that an adult must supervise the unit with the children at ALL times. Children’s safety depends upon you. Your personal supervision is absolutely required. The safety of all rides is YOUR responsibility.

It is preferred that an inflatable be reserved at least two weeks in advance of the date needed. We recommend this so the customer can get the unit desired for their event. For holidays it is preferred to book a month or more in advanced.

Immediately take the kids out of the unit. The motor may have stopped, in which case, check the cord connection at the outlet near the motor. If the motor is continuing to run, check the air intake on the side of the motor for blockage, and check both tubes at the back of the inflatable for snugness; re-tight as necessary. If you cannot detect the problem call us at 316-213-4774.

During periods of rain, severe weather, high winds, lightning or excessive heat, TechBox reserves the right to cancel reservation. In case of rain, disconnect completely the electric power and the blower, and store it in a place where it won’t be exposed to the rain. Also, fold the unit along with the tarp so the water won’t damage the unit. If it looks like rain is going to ruin your party and you want to cancel, just contact us before delivery and there is no penalty or cancellation fee. the deposit is good for 1 year to use any other available day. Take in mind that our units are heavier and harder to pick up when they are wet; there will be no refunds after we drop it off even if it starts to rain later in the day.

If you need to cancel your event, please call us 7 days prior to your event at 316-213-4774. If the rental is cancelled last minute (except for bad weather-related cancellations) deposits are non refundable. If you need to cancel your event due to weather conditions on the day of your event, please call before 7am, there will be no charge whatsoever and deposits will be refunded. Once our drivers arrive for set up, no refunds will be issued. No exceptions.

ABSOLUTELY! We will deliver and set up each unit and ensure that it is clean and in good working condition well before your party starts and the driver will come back to take it down after the party is over. Set up normally takes about 15-30 minutes, depending on size of unit and take down is about 15 – 30 minutes. We also provide extensions cords and (tarps if needed) all this is included in your rental.

We only like to set up on grass. No concrete. We can’t set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps. For us it is very important to know on what type of surface the units will be settled since the way of anchoring them can vary by the type of surface. Indoor Gyms are Accepted we provide sand bags for an extra fee.

Yes, we carry an industry leading insurance policy. TechBox is licensed and registered with the State of Kansas, and is required to collect sales tax for our bounce house and concessions reservations.
